Communication
Keeping your personal health information confidential is of the utmost importance. Text and emails are not secure means of communication, so please keep that in mind if you choose to communicate through these mediums.

In Person and HIPAA compliant Telehealth appointments Sundays 10:00-4:00; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:00-6:00
Cancellation Policy:
I understand that emergencies do occur
The standard 48-hour notification of cancellation is required, if less than 48 hours the full session rate is billed
Health Insurance
Contact your insurance carrier to confirm this Provider is authorized
Ask about deductible and copayment amounts
If pre-authorization is required request prior to the first session
If out of network confirm the process for superbill submission for reimbursement
Other Information
As we meet and work together, I (or we) may determine that a different provider may be a better fit for you. To facilitate access to the best care possible, I will provide referrals and resources.
To maintain a safe and secure environment: I reserve the right to decline services to a client who is under the influence, expect non-exploitative non-threatening interactions, and adherence to boundaries of a professional relationship.

To adhere to boundaries that protect client and therapist, I do not "friend" or “follow” clients on any social media platform that is my personal account.
